The company is primarily engaged in the production, import, export and distribution of agricultural products. The company was incorporated in April in the year 2003. The registered head office of the company is located in Santander, Spain. The company has two large production centres in Morocco, in the area of Agadir with: green beans, green peppers, red peppers, tomatoes, green asparagus, and many types of melon; and another in the area of Larache with large strawberries in the majority. On the other hand, the company has an organization in Adra (Almería) dedicated to everything concerning import, export, warehousing and product distribution to any part of Europe.
