This joint stock company is engaged in the provision of a full range of shipping, freight forwarding and customs agent services. The company was established in May of 1967 and has its registered office in Santander, Cantabria, Spain. Since 1967, it has followed a constant line of progress, anticipating the needs of international shipping traffic. The company has expertise in organizing and performing logistics and documentary operation related to the flow of goods, from origin to final destination. From the shipment agency to delivery in final destination, it takes care of physical operations and other procedures involved. The company achieves competitive charges through its permanent contact with international shipping and transport organizations. Its services are bases on a closed budget that enable clients to have full advance knowledge of cost. In addition to shipping, freight forwarding and customs agent services, the company handles logistics, chartering services, port services, warehousing, intrastat procedure, and consulting and projects in foreign trade. All these activities are developed through Santander Port and Azuqueca de Henares Dry Port, where the company has the necessary infrastructure and services to attend any proposed order with absolute guarantee. At the Santander Port, the company has approximately 53,000 square meters of warehouses and covered depots, conventional temporary depot (ADT), and bonded store; a solid bulk loading installation, on private jetty; a ro-ro ramp; an official weight bridge up to 60 tons; mechanical means for handling and storing all types of commodities; and an informatics system and portable terminal with barcode readers integrated. At the Azuqueca de Henares Dry Port in Guadalajara, it has a railway and a quay inside its terminal, with a length of 350 meters. This port also has the necessary means for receiving and loading all type of goods, as well as an informatics system and portable terminal.
