It operates in predominantly in Spain, with its head office located in Santander. The company's scope of activities includes new single- and multi-family housing construction; commercial and institutional building construction; buildings and industrial plants construction; revitalizing protected architectural treasures; project planning and development; railway construction; foundation engineering; drainage systems, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, pumping stations; power- plant, tunnel, underground rail and traffic route construction; and environmental engineering and pre-stressing technology, among others.
